Our mattresses are compressed using patented technology and rolled into a compact box. This allows for easy delivery and setup in any room of your home.
How long does it take for my mattress to expand?
Most mattresses will expand to their full shape within 48 to 72 hours. We recommend opening the box within 72 hours of receipt to ensure the best performance.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 100-night trial for all mattresses. If you are not completely satisfied within the first 100 days, you can return it for a full refund.
Do I need a box spring for my Zinus bed frame?
Most of our platform beds and foundations are designed to support your mattress without the need for a traditional box spring, saving you space and money.
Are Zinus products covered by a warranty?
Yes, our mattresses come with a 10-year limited warranty, while our furniture and bed frames are covered by a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
What materials are used in your foam mattresses?
All our foams are CertiPUR-US certified for durability, performance, and content. We also infuse natural ingredients like green tea and charcoal to maintain freshness.
